With gyms and workout studios closed, it makes it really difficult to get in that kick a$$, motivated workout mood. TBH everyone feels it. BUT, luckily Instagram friendly fitness instructors and trainers have been posting at-home workouts on their accounts for free.

When you search Dubuque, Iowa the results list probably includes a few casinos, hotels and sports bars, however, those activities are only fun when you can participate at the ~legal~ age. Even better news, historic Dubuque won’t make you as bored as you might think.
